Event Resources App app for iPhone and iPad

This is the first release of the app. We welcome constructive feedback, suggestions and feature recommendations via the email listed below.

The Event Resources App is designed for use by people who organise corporate, government or private events.

It is designed to empower you to find venues and event services to suit your event requirements by offering a number of search criteria.

For venues, you can search on location (Country, Province, City Town), delegate capacity and time and distance radius from your location or a location you select.

The time radius or distance search enables the user to search for venues within a distance radius or time traveled radius, e.g. list all venues that are about 1 hours drive from my location.

For event services, you can search by category, e.g. Decor, or by keyword/phrase and location.

The preferences function enables you to add your preferred venues and event services to a preference list and to send a request for quote directly to the venues and event services in your list.

You can also join the Event Organisers Network (EON), the largest network of active accredited event organisers in Southern Africa. Membership is free but the benefits are priceless. (Over 7000 members)

Members have access to free weekends away at top event venues, complimentary tickets to our three annual Business Event Showcases held in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg and access to a range of tools and resources to help with planning and executing your events.
